NEW Athlete Registration Process

NEW Athlete Registration and Physical procedure
The Smyrna High School Athletic Department will be partnering with
RankOne as the exclusive online registration platform for all Smyrna High School student-athletes interested in playing sports beginning with the 2026-2027 school year.
Helpful Links/Hints:
  • Step-by-step directions on how to create a login and your student-athlete(s) profile on RankOne Parent Portal.
  • If you have any issues getting into RankOne system, please email support@rankone.com
Reminders:
  • All athletic registration must be done in RankOne. No paper documents for athletics will be accepted at the school or turned into members of a coaching staff.
    • IF a current physical dated after April 1st 2026 has already been submitted to the athletic department, you will need to contact the athletic department and obtain a copy of that Physical form in order to complete that RankOne registration process.
  • To be eligible to participate in interscholastic athletics for the 2026-2027 school year all student-athletes need a DIAA PPE Form (Preparticipation Physical Exam) completed by their physician or qualified healthcare provider after April 1st, 2026.

Currently Enrolled and Transferring Students:
  • If your student-athlete is currently enrolled at Smyrna High School, you should be able to find them once you create a login within RankOne. 
  • Transfer Students
    • Only Student that are new to Smyrna High School as 10-12 grade are considered transfer students and must complete the Transfer Form on RankOne
    • Students coming to Smyrna High School from Smyrna Middle School are NOT considered Transfer Students. (CLICK NO)
  • If your student-athlete is transferring into Smyrna High School, they will not be in the RankOne system until the entire enrollment process has been completed with the school counselor’s office.
    • Those students not enrolled are not eligible to begin participation of any type until this has taken place.
***Please note -The Smyrna High School will NO LONGER accept paper copies of physicals.  All registrations and physicals must be submitted online through RankOne.  Please do not email or drop off paper copies.
